We are seeking healthy young women who are interested in helping to make the dream of having a baby a reality for loving couples who are otherwise unable to conceive on their own. Participation in our program is one of the most amazing gifts you could ever give. Please answer the following questions to see if you are eligible for our program:

• Do you reside within San Diego County at least 3 months of the year?
• Are you between the ages of 19 and 29?
• Do you have a BMI of less than 30?
• BMI = (weight x 703 / height x height); where weight is in lbs and height is in inches.
• Are you a non-smoker?
• Have you not had a tattoo or body piercing within the last 12 months?
• Are you able to take birth control pills?
